Coral Stebbings School of Theatre Dance
Coral Stebbings School of Theatre Dance is celebrating their 30th year and to commemorate this Coral along with ex-students Zoe Richardson and Adam Morley are adding Zumba® fitness classes to their portfolio.
This latest project will become part of the weekly time table and offer classes over the coast of Suffolk. Coral, Zoe and Adam are all ZIN Members and Licensed Zumba Instructors. Zumba® is easy, fun and a great way to get fit and stay fit. A fusion of Latin music, rhythm with great moves culminating in that ‘party buzz’ feeling each time you come to class. Sculpt and tone your body, burn those calories and most importantly, have fun!
Coral and Zoe are amongst the first dance trained teachers in the area to offer Zumba® classes. You can be re-assured you are in safe hands with their combined experience, happy and positive approach welcoming all past, present and new students to the Zumba® experience. It’s the new “Exercise in Disguise”.
Classes officially start in January however why not try to get along to “Shift that Turkey” an express post Christmas Zumba® workout on Wednesday 29th December 7pm-8pm at St Margaret’s Football Club, Abbey Rd, Leiston.
