ATTENTION! If you’re serious about getting fit for your wedding day you’ll need a strict, regular exercise routine and a healthy and achievable diet.

What better way to kick-start your way to a better body than with a boot camp?

In 2011, top wedding venue Woodhall Manor welcomes ladies to its first ever fitness breaks in association with New You Boot Camp – one of the most successful military fitness-style weight loss camp programmes in Europe.

The Boutique Boot Camps at Woodhall offer accommodation, exercise and healthy food as well as workshops, neuro-linguistic programming and nutrition sessions to ensure long-term success.

The regime is designed to help you lose inches and drop between four and 10lbs, with dozens of testimonials available from other women who swear by the camp.

After arriving at beautiful Woodhall and settling into your accommodation, you’ll be forced to leave all reminders of your creature comforts at home behind as training begins bright and early (often from 5.30am).

Each day is led by a team of professional trainers and military instructors who really mean business.

Days are broken into sessions which could include: Section attacks, command tasks, battle PT, leopard crawling, parade, log runs, body pump, boxing, bike riding, climbing and running.

Each person can work at their own pace – although prepare to be pushed to your absolute limit – screaming at the instructors is not unheard of!

As well as mountains of exercise to contend with, part of your time at boot camp will be spent changing your relationship with food, with all menus are devised by the New You Boot Camp nutrition squad.

Foods known for their low GI credentials are used to put a stop to cravings, and there’s no drinking silly drinks or missing meals here- you’ll have three rounded meals a day plus two snacks – all of which have been chosen to stabilise blood sugars.

Breakfast – Porridge sprinkled with seeds, berries and cinnamon

Lunch – Baked sweet potatoes with tuna and spring onions and a mixed bean salad

Dinner – Courgette bolognaise

Snacks – fruit, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, hummus with raw vegetables/oat cakes

In your free time in the evenings kick-back, soothe those aching muscles and enjoy your scenic surroundings.

Prices for the New You Boot Camp at Woodhall Manor start from £1,180 per person for a triple space, £1,250 per person for a twin space and £1,600 for a single space. The camps will run in 2011 from February 11 to 18, April 10 to 17 and November 11 to 18. Midweek boot camps are also available from July 5 to 7 and October 28 to 31.

The price includes: Accommodation, up to 10 hours of exercise per day with world class trainers, daily yoga, life coaching and results coaching workshops, 20 meals, 14 snacks, unlimited water, fruit teas, detox teas and green teas, nutrition workshops, one-to-one nutritional advice with tips to take home, all relevant equipment throughout.

If you’re thinking about taking part consult your doctor first. Women who would potentially leave the boot camp underweight will not be able to join the boot camp.
