This award is aimed at hotels with over 35 bedrooms. Please note that if you have 36-49 bedrooms you may enter either large or small hotel. In your entry please refer to the following criterial:
- What is your percentage room occupancy for the last year and what percentage of this was repeat business?
- Tell us how you deal with enquiries, arrivals and complaints.
- Detail any specific improvements that you have made to the business over the last two years and tell us how this has impacted your business.
- What is special about your menus and the quality of your food?
- Have you invested in staff development and training? What benefits has this brought?
- Tell us about any specific training or action you have taken regarding environmental issues, accessibility issues and anything that you have done to support the local community.
