Trader, non-catering
Up to 25x 25ft – £150 for the weekend, £80 one day. 10% discount if booked before 1 June. Larger pitches  £25 for each extra 5x5ft 2 days, £15 1 day.

Historical trader
In period costume, with period tentage. Up to 25x 25ft – £75 weekend, £50 1 day. No discount for pre booking. Larger pitches £20 for each extra 5x5ft 2 days, £10 1 day.

Catering Concessions
Small unit up to 15 feet long:  £500 flat rate or £200 deposit plus 12.5% of gross (less deposit). Large unit over 15 feet long:   £750 flat rate or £300 deposit plus 12.5% of gross (less deposit). Catering tent larger than 20x 20 feet:  £1000 flat rate or £400 deposit plus 12.5% of gross (less deposit).

Forms will be sent in to be filled out with all of your information as well as a list of conditions.

Cancellation of stand space by any exhibitor must be made two months prior to the date of the Event. In all cases the stall cost is non refundable.
