Judges will be looking in particular at the following:
- Inventive use of locally sourced produce
- Use of fresh, natural ingredients
- Evidence of speciality products/product range
- Presentation of products in retail outlets
- Value for money
- Evidence of preparation, production and storage facilities
- Evidence of product marketing, packing and distribution
Note: All entrants MUST send in samples of their produce, along with examples of the packaging used.
