This award will recognise organisations that treat staff training and development as a priority within their business. The judges will look for innovative development plans in operation and examples of good results leading from the training undertaken.

Organisations should demonstrate a sustained contribution to business performance through innovative learning and skills development programmes. Please give us detailed information on the following:

  • Evidence of how staff training and performance have had a direct impact on the success and development of the business
  • Evidence of staff training and development programmes that relate to both core competencies and personal targets and achievements
  • Recognition scheme for employees meeting their objectives
  • Innovative learning opportunities for staff
  • What are your training and development goals in 2010 and how will you achieve these?
