We want to know what makes yours different.

To enter this award you need to be able to demonstrate to the judges an innovative and measurable approach to customer services with evidence of success – regardless of the size of your business.

Entrants into this category should demonstrate commitment to high standards of customer service in their organisation.

The judges will make this award to the organisation that can best demonstrate that it has the customer at the heart of its business and deploys and manages its resources to most effectively meet the needs of its customer base. In your entry please include information on the following, ideally in separate headed paragraphs

  • Customer service policies – details of the policies and strategies adopted by your business to develop, enhance and measure customer satisfaction. A clear path showing how customer service policies are linked to staff training and development
  • Measures – examples of the way that your businesses measures customer service and satisfaction, detailing any innovative methods applied
  • Problem Solving – examples of how your team have solved specific customer-related problems in an efficient and effective way and how corrective action is monitored
  • Communications – both internally, within your company, and externally to customers
  • What do you feel your business offers to your customers that is “extra value”
  • Testimonials from external customers
