In this category, the judges will be looking for an established business able to demonstrate all-round strength.
The award is open to any business from any sector of the economy which has an annual turnover exceeding £1million.
As part of your entry please make sure that you address the following criteria, preferably as separate headed paragraphs:
- Figures – accounts demonstrating the level of turnover required to be eligible for the awards, your growth in profitability over the last 5 years and which area / market this has come from
- Enterprise – evidence of entrepreneurship within the organisation, marketing initiatives and the development of new products/services
- People – evidence of best practice in HR and recruitment, and a commitment to staff training and development
- CSR – details of Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, such as care for the environment, involvement in the local community and support for charities
- Any specific information about how your business has dealt with the recent recession
